Ocho Tumbado

We start from the solera of 1806 of the already disappeared Bodegas of the ScholzBrothers. The wine is made with the varieties Pedro Ximén And Moscatel, the bunches are sunny until obtaining the necessary concentration of sugars. From These berries we use only the must-Tear with which we carefully elaborate the base wine.
