Sátiro del Duero


From the selection of high-lying vineyards dominated by limestone soils in the village of Quintanilla de Onésimo, comes the grape that gives life to our jewel.

The harsh climate and sweeping temperature variations bestow this wine a unique personality and eloquence.

Agrohomeopathy treatment and biodynamic techniques. Pesticides are not used. Manually-selected harvest. Everything is done by gravity following tradicional production techniques.

Ageing in fine-grain French oak Bordeaux barrels for 18 months, together with its lees. The ageing process is completed in bottle for at least 18 more months.

Visual: Thick layer of dark cherry color. Hints of ruby. Double tear, dense and colored.
Smell: High intensity and complexity. In a still glass, red and black fruit appear, with shades of violets, evolving towards a spicy balsamic dark roast.

In a swirled glass, spices are accentuated at first, with an significant fruity character in which are intertwined with spice, cocoa, vanilla, leather, among others.

Taste: Velvet of intense and sweet tannins crosses the oral cavity in all its capacity, with a pleasant balance of flavors. The long and pleasant after-taste leaves a creamy sensation with a soft texture
